Meet Susan!
I am an E-RYT 500 yoga instructor, certified in aerial yoga, who has been teaching since 2015. Passionate about movement in all forms, I first fell in love with teaching through aerial yoga, which became my gateway into exploring and sharing other modalities.
I weave elements from various movement disciplines into my classes, including slow-flow vinyasa, aerial yoga, and aerial dance, creating a dynamic and enriching experience for students. Recently, I have been drawn to the spaciousness and intentionality of slow-flow vinyasa, offering a practice that encourages deep connection and mindful exploration.
As much as I love teaching, I am equally passionate about being a student—continually learning, evolving, and finding new ways to inspire and be inspired. I am deeply grateful to be a part of the Mission Yoga family since the beginning of my teaching journey. Whether on the mat or in the air, I invite students to move intuitively, embrace their unique practice, and find joy in the journey.
