Open Level Yoga

Designed for all levels of students. Modifications and optional variations will be given to engage and challenge all levels and abilities Everyone is encouraged to take the practice to their level and modify as needed. All are welcome.

Yin Yoga

Quiet your mind and open the deep tissues of your body in this contemplative and meditative class. Yin is an essential compliment to your more active (yang) hatha yoga practice. Learn how the Yin shapes (asanas) affect your Qi (prana) and the deeper yin tissues (bones & ligaments) of your body

Hot Pilates

From the Inferno Hot Pilates website

(http://hotpilateslasvegas.com):

“Inferno Hot Pilates was started by Gabriella Walters in January 2012. Gabi started the Hot Pilates craze in Las Vegas back in 2009 and has developed the Inferno Hot Pilates class for everyone to enjoy. Prepare to be inspired, to sweat, to work hard — and of course, to feel great.

Using Pilates principles, Inferno Hot Pilates is a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. It is performed on a yoga mat in a room heated to 95 degrees and 40% humidity. Hot Pilates strengthens muscles and burns fat — all without the pounding of a high impact workout. It is designed for all fitness levels.”
